Our server, Maria, was lovely, and the food was fantastic (thank you for adding lemon zest to the broccolini). We later ran into him at Main + Abbey, and realized that we had been greeted by the F&B Director. After checking in, and happily receiving our two complimentary drinks from super cheerful and energetic front desk agents/bartenders, we were greeted on the elevator by a smiling and engaging employee who called our floor for us.
